Why It Matters

"We believe that education and skills training in the key in making the world a better place for all" ~ Shule Foundation

Right Now

... and problems like underskilled teachers, overcrowded classrooms, limited resources, no electricity, and lack of proper nutrition continue the broken system.

“There is no more powerful way to uphold the vision of a future free from conflict than by keeping schools running.” ~ Gordon Brown

By 2030, Africa will be home to 41% of the world’s youth population.

More than statistics, these numbers are a debilitating reality for children as they grow into adulthood. Children have a human right to an education. We believe education -- formal or technical and vocational -- provides students with the skills needed to grow into productive global minded citizens, that can improve their own lives and that of their communities.

Imagine the impact an increasingly uneducated population will have on our world.
