JB, our street boy guru, oversees our outreach programs and everything happening at our Drop-In-Center. JB has been working with street-connected boys for over 10 years.ย

Isaac Newton (Farm Manager)
Isaac oversees our 20-acre farm in the Kigumba district. He ensures that our animals are well taken care of and that our trees and crops are growing. Isaac has 2 boys and is Maggie's husband.ย ย

JACQUELINE WOLFSON
Founder, CEO and Board Chair
Jacqueline Wolfson, also known as Auntie Jackie, is an entrepreneur based in New York. Since 2000, she has operated her own personal concierge and travel business. Jacqueline has traveled extensively worldwide but considers New York City and Uganda her homes. She serves on the board of Chapel And York Foundation US and holds a Masters In Philanthropy from NYU. In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with the boys living on the streets of Kisenysi Slum, hanging out with her pigs on the Shule farm, or hiking with her many dogs. MICHAEL DEJAGER
Managing Director, Customer Management Practiceโs Events Division
Michael leads CMPโs cross-functional events teams and directly manages the analyst team, producing industry-leading events across CMPโs customer contact, customer engagement, design, and innovation sectors. He brings 15+ years of event experience to CMP, hosting domestic and international events across various industries, including international trade, anti-corruption, commercial real estate, design, and customer experience.ย When not in New York or traveling for work, he likes to maximize his time abroad, whether it be with friends or with his partner at their home in Foz do Iguaรงu, Brazil.

Lester Wolfson
Treasure, Retired Business Owner and Shriner International Clown
Lester Wolfson is a dedicated philanthropist and retired business owner with a rich history of community involvement. As the former owner and operator of J. Wolfson's Supermarket, a family-owned business, Lester is a pillar of the local community, supporting countless organizations and initiatives. In addition to his business acumen, Lester has a unique and joyful legacy as "Bow the Clown" for Shiner International, bringing smiles and laughter to children in the Shriner's Children Hospital - Pediatric Burn Care ward. His commitment to giving back continues to inspire those who know him.

Richard Dean Parsons

Richard Dean โDickโ Parsons (April 4, 1948 โ December 26, 2024) was a respected American business executive known for leading major institutions like Time Warner, Citigroup, the Los Angeles Clippers, and CBS. Beyond the boardroom, Dick was a steadfast supporter of the Shule Foundation from day oneโhe even gave the organization its name, along with every one of our programs. His belief in our mission helped shape who we are, and his legacy lives on in everything we do.
Nancy Bikson
Advisory Board Member
Nancy Bikson is the Managing Director of Chapel & York. She is a lawyer with over 40 yearsโ experience providing advice to private clients and charities worldwide. She has lived in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and France and has worked with and for organisations across the world in both legal and fundraising capacities, specialising in cross-border work. She has a BA in Late Medieval English History, a Juris Doctor degree, and an LLM (Master of Laws Degree, Tax). She is a member of the Richard III Society and lives in a house built in 1557.

Professor Alice Merab Kagoda
Advisory Board Member and Team Leader to Our Educators
Alice Merab Kagoda, Professor of Education at Makerere University, has been involved in the Ugandan secondary and tertiary education system since 1976. Alice taught at a number of secondary schools before receiving her master's degree. Shortly after she joined Makerere University, where she served as an Associate Dean (8 years) and a member of the Makerere University senate, in 1997, she obtained her doctorate from the University of Alberta in Canada.ย A mother of two sons and a grandmother, Alice is a member of the Kampala City Rotary Club and spends her free time empowering girls and promoting their education.

Moses Wambi
Education Advisor and Assistant Team Leader
Moses Wambi, Dean of Students in Uganda's Bishop Willis Core Primary Teacher College, is a long-time supporter of AIDS prevention and programs, quality elementary education, and special education in Uganda. He has developed a written form of the previously only spoken form of his district's local language, and published books for the initial teaching of reading in the local language. His home institution, Bishop Willis, is a premier two-year preparation institution in Uganda, preparing young men and women to teach in town and village elementary schools.
