The Mavazi Fashion Institute is set to launch in January 2025, dedicated to transforming the lives of former street boys by providing them with essential skills in the fashion industry. This isn’t just about teaching boys to sew—it’s about stitching together a brighter future for them.
Our 2025 Goals
- Enroll at least 10 students: Your support will help provide comprehensive training, including tuition, meals, housing, and essential tools for each student.
- Purchase 6 sewing machines: Contributions will allow us to buy non-electric sewing machines, equipping our students with the necessary tools to succeed.
- Purchase fashion design tools, such as electric sewing machines, cutting tables, over-locking machines, pressing tables and irons, specialized design and pattern-making software, and more.

Scissors, Tape Measure, Needles, Thread Material. You name it, we provide it.
We need 6 simple sewing machines, each costing $500. We also need electric sewing, cutting, overlock, and flatlock machinery, as well as irons, tables, and hanging racks—you name it.
